Industry Service Focus: Administration and Client Services

Sandra joined Renner and Company in November 2023. She graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in the same year. Her educational background provides her with a unique understanding of client needs and interactions, which enhances her effectiveness in her role.

Sandra’s role primarily involves managing client correspondence. She greets and welcomes clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to. In addition, she handles phone and mail correspondence, providing timely and accurate responses. Her contributions are essential in maintaining the professional and welcoming atmosphere at Renner and Company.

Supporting the administrative team, Sandra is also responsible for assembling documents and ensuring the delivery of tax returns to clients. She also assists the office manager and shareholders with various tasks and duties as needed.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys reading, music and spending time with her dog, Churro.
