Paul joined Renner and Company in December 2015. A lifelong Alexandrian, he graduated from T.C. Williams High School and later earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Virginia’s College at Wise. He is currently completing a professional certificate in accounting at Northern Virginia Community College.
Mr. Kentes works exclusively with nonprofit organizations, including public charities, preschools, civic organizations and trade associations in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia Metropolitan Area. He provides accounting and consulting services to nonprofit organizations, including weekly accounting and bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking and processing, monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations, financial statement preparation, compilations, audit preparation and financial presentations.
Mr. Kentes also assists clients with specific needs such as budget development, cash forecasting, QuickBooks Online setup, training, 1099 preparation, and Form 990 preparation.
Mr. Kentes has been involved in many nonprofit programs and fundraising events and has served on a number of nonprofit boards. He understands the importance of laying a strong foundation in the lives of our communities’ youth through nonprofit involvement.
